Our services include issuing ESA and Service Animal certification letters based on a client’s submitted medical history and responses to an online assessment or questionnaire.

ESA Certification: You must have a recognized emotional or mental disability as defined under the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
Service Animal Certification: You must have a disability as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and require the animal to perform specific tasks related to your disability. Service Animals must be trained to assist you in ways that mitigate your disability.
Our assessment and certification process are based on the information provided by you, which must be truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to deny or cancel certification if we determine you do not meet the qualifications.
3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
4. Refund Policy
Once payment has been processed and the certification letter has been issued, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a client fails to meet the eligibility criteria for certification, they will receive a denial letter with an explanation.
5. Use of Certification Documents
The ESA and Service Animal certification letters provided by Florida Pet Certification are for the purpose of demonstrating that your animal qualifies as an Emotional Support Animal or Service Animal as defined by the relevant laws. These letters should only be used for their intended purposes, such as:
Housing accommodation requests (as per the FHA)
Travel with ESA or Service Animals (as per the Air Carrier Access Act)
Public access (for Service Animals, as per the ADA)
Florida Pet Certification’s letters do not guarantee acceptance of the animal in all situations. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including those from airlines, housing providers, and public establishments.
